What a pleasant experience at Leslie's. Leslie is professional, attentive to details, and more importantly--straight to the point. She does exactly what she says and promises exactly what I desired for my hair. I am really appreciative that her price for a men's haircut is so affordable. Looking forward to my next haircut! Bad customer service. To top it off, this hairstylist is an idiot. She posted on the door that she was going to be back at a certain time. Once she got there, she started complaining about her personal life and not even having time to eat, which is not my fault and I don't really care about. She was giving me an attitude. I was about to walk out on her because she was getting on my nerves. She is complaining about work being slow and making no money and doesn't realize that she's pushing customers away. What an idiot! Would I recommend her? Hell, no! She should consider changing careers and closing the place down.

I went there and the second hair stylist is so rude... I told them the issues I had with my hair and the lady that did it thought I couldn't understand what she was saying I mean it's bad enough that I have thin hair but do you have to call me bald thinking I don't understand you... then because her boyfriend was coming she was so rough on my hair pulling it like she was mad for having to do my hair i had to stop her I mean really if I already have thin hair why would you pull it and be so rough this is the worse salon experience I've ever had and they are lucky I don't sue them for ruining my hair I also had a office christmas party to go to that night and I cried to my partner because she made me look and feel horrible and I still paid them and they can't count money for the life of the

Non English speaking! Hairdresser did not communicate with me but with other hairdresser. (All in spanish). She dyed my hair too dark!! Misquoted: I paid 20.00 more, they even argued the price in spanish. And I was hit on. When I called they answered the phone in English, I expected English service. That is how we communicate in America!

Leslie has been cutting ✂️ my hair for about 10 years. Let that speak for itself. She is the best. Current environment means you should have an appointment.
