My wife and I took our time to go meet with this lady today for a very small, and need I say very poor conditioned Warehouse that we needed just for our shop, but it was better than nothing, we communicated and met her in person asking directly what the requirements for getting everything done, told her our revenue (11x rent no less), she said everything sounds great, went straight home filled out the application for her which literally is so poorly done there's no legal binding anything to it for application on financial credit pulling, nor does it even State legally anywhere that it's going to be done properly, just to be ghosted all day after multiple attempts to email her directly to her business
