Judging by recent reviews, your staff clearly has an attitude problem, I hope you’re aware of how this affects tipping and the amount of customers you’ll get in the future, and from what I can tell this shop is quiet a lot of time, little to no customers. Do better. You want more customers? Do your service and be kind, you want more money from tips? Do the service correctly and ensure customer satisfaction. If it makes you feel small and hurts your ego that you are touching and polishing hands and feet don’t do the job, and if you do the job don’t carry such a resentful attitude. The staff are so rude.

I have been a customer for many years. Holly and her staff do a great job, always on time, and so many polish and service options.

My mom has been getting her nails done here for years with Holly. I have been getting my brows waxed by her for a few years less. She's WONDERFUL!

Staff here are friendly and welcoming. They do walk-ins as well as appointments, Great service! 👍
