My girlfriend and I did our nails and the technicians are EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL and friendly and I highly recommend them!

The staff here has been very friendly to my girlfriend and I every time we come here when we visit Chicago. It's always great to see how quickly they're able to move things around to provide great service to us. Sometimes they are stacked with appointments, so we can't always get in when we do visit, but we try every time because the service is so great. Would highly recommend this place!

We found this salon when we meet up with a friend for breakfast around the area. Its small but the staff was super friendly. My friend got her nails done and she loves them! Will be coming back! Also they also do men manicure with a matte finish!

This place is very unprofessional and inexperienced. I came in yesterday for a full set and pedicure. I went home and it broke immediately. I came back the next day to get it repaired and the lady tried to charge me again saying that it was my fault. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! Then had the audacity to say I can repolish it for you. It really peturbs me to have terrible service and when I asked for a manager I was told they are out of town for 3 weeks. This is unacceptable and is pure asinine.

I only go here when I don't want to travel to my favorite salon (30mins). They are OK, just OK. They are pushy, usually rough, pull your arm, they have pushed my cuticles down too far and hurt me, ran their little nail drill to long and made me bleed. I've been a total of 5 times. After each time, I claim I'm never going back, but this will probably be the last time. They always say my nails look bad when I come in, but they just know I don't normally go there to get them done. I don't suggest going there for nails, unless you absolutely have to.
