Le’s Nail

So I’ve gone here twice and both times I left disappointed. Today on my pedicure the guy used the mechanical device to remove my gel polish from before and literally rubbed the skin around every toe raw. He massage in the mask part to the point that my legs were tingling and burning. Then he even messed up on my polish. I was supposed to have had a cat eye within my polish and it’s not there. He just made my color all wrong. Beware when visiting and hopefully the person that you get will understand what you’re wanting/saying.

!!DAMAGED NAILS!!!! My nails are completely ruined. I came in a few weeks ago for my wedding set. The guy who worked on me was in a rush, and the nail design was less than impressive, but that was the least of my concerns. He snagged me with the file multiple times, and I left with cuts around my nails. He was also VERY heavy handed with the drill and took off far more nail bed than necessary. After applying acrylic, he used gel polish for the design. Every time he put my nails under the UV lamp, it burned on my nail beds. Now, a couple weeks later and I’m home trying to soak off these nails with 100% acetone, but wouldn’t you know it, it’s not coming off which has me suspecting this salon is using products with MMA. The people were very kind and gentle! The guy who did my nails was so sweet but the quality was not there. These are just not "professional". The fake nails applied for length did not fit correctly, the acrylic was not applied close enough to the sides. The gems were not applied where they would stay well and I even paid more for gel polish because I was told it would hold the gems better. Thry fell off within 2 hours. I wanted to love this place because of the hospitality but not with the quality of nails I received.

I was robbed here. I always sit my purse next to my feet while getting my nails done (which I won't be doing anymore) and $200 cash was stolen by the lady next to me. I didn't realize until it was too late. I normally don't carry this much cash, but I was there for my wedding nails/toes, so I planned to splurge a bit. I asked the owner to check video footage. He said he would check at the end of his work day and call be back. I never heard from him. This was my only poor experience and was totally not the staff's fault, but security and support was limited. I won't be returning, and from now on, I will use a belt purse/pouch when getting my nails done. I didn't contact police (maybe I should have), but I wasn't sure what they could/would do.

I paid over $300 for my daughter's and I to get my nails done YESTERDAY... we all got full sets with gel polish. My oldest daughter's nails started peeling within just a few hours... Each layer separated from the layer above it and then just fell off. The people were friendly and I loved the atmosphere, but this definitely shouldn't have happened.
