Leo Nails

I went in for a gel manicure after having gelx nails for a month. The lady was extremely rough with my hands and did not take off the gel x base from my last set, even though we could both clearly see it on. I told her that the drill machine was too strong since I have weaker nails but she still kept it on the same setting and even put glue on my nail instead of removing the gel x base. I asked if there was another way to remove the gel but she only said the machine would work and that it was my fault for not getting the gel x removed. Instead of going through with the gel manicure, I paid for the “removal” and left. I was visbily upset and in tears from the interaction but the manager still asked if I wanted to leave a tip and did not help with the situation. Highly disappointed, I will

If I could give a lower star rating I would. This place is definitely popular, but there was lack of personal attention that normally would go into a pedicure and manicure gel or not. There was no exfoliating of my feet, no lotion or massage until the end after I said something. Only the gel polish applied after he cut my toe nails. I was with my mother in law was getting the same thing done and the technician sprayed her with water causing her pants to get all wet. WTH? No offer in a discount or formal apology. Our manicures lasted maybe 10 min each and we also had gel done. Leaving gaps in between the polish and the nail bed. This place is definitely all about getting everyone in and out with rushed . $105 I will never spend for gel mani & pedi for myself.

I went for gel manicure, the next day the color stated to come off, I was out of state for a vacation, so I called the salon and explained what happened. They told me to come back and they would do a change of color and give me credit. I went and they denied talking to me on the phone, and wanted to charge me for the service. I’m not going back, I don’t recommend it to anyone! They did a sloppy job on my nails and didn’t wanted to fix it. Very disappointed!

I am only giving 3 stars because I I usually love coming here, but tonight I had a really bad experience. I tried contacting the salon to no avail so here I am. I went to get my nails done for an event I have tomorrow and the technician did not listen to what I wanted. The tech next to her corrected her and explained that she didn’t do what I wanted so she re-did them. When she redid them, the shape was uneven, the paint was messy, and she told me “it will look horrible”. It did in fact look horrible in the end. Not because of my color choice (which she referred to saying it will look bad), but because of how sloppy the work was. I love this place and would like to come back, but will never see this nail tech again. I was so blown away by how rude she was and have never in my life had an e
