I am writing this review because I am appalled at the lack of customer service and courtesy that this location has provided. My sister had a 10am appointment at this location and arrived at the store at the time the hair stylist had told her to. She arrived not only for the store to NOT be open, but she had to wait outside in the cold for almost HALF AN HOUR and that was after she called them to figure out why the store wasn't open. When the stylist arrived she didn't greet nor apologize for the inconvenience this had caused and she began to complain about the hair that she had to work on, how long it was going to take to work on, and how the work and time needed would cost her clients. Although the stylist did complete the registration, she only did so after making her wait ANOTHER HOUR f
