Purchased a halo human hair extension that shedded from day one, and then tangled and felt course after only one wash … disappointing as the clerk recommended the halo as one that she personally uses and loves. The clerk mentioned that this halo would address all of my concerns, however I had to throw them away since they did not, and I have since purchased different ones from a supplier online. I went into Lengths with a friend of mine who was suffering from a bad haircut. She had a date coming up, so wanted to get a temporary fix in the form of extensions or a topper. The store was neat and full of hope with a pretty good selection of both. We were greeted by Mary, the sole employee on the floor this particular afternoon. We told her precisely what we were looking for and she told us the extensions were a bit expensive and probably wouldn't work for what my friend wanted. My friend told her cost wasn't an issue, so Mary then told her that their selection of colors was limited and it would be tough to match her hair (my friend's hair is light brown with some natural highlights). Looked at my receipt to find out all sales are final. I cant even exchange for more expensive item. my purchase is still in sealed in package unused. The manager wont take it back. Used to be a fun, welcoming place. Now it feels like the owner couldn't wait to get me out of there. He lost a huge potential sale today. Actually found the vibe creepy, and will not return again
