Lemongrass

I recently went for a color service with Melanie for the second time. During my first visit, she showed me color samples so we could select the correct shade. My natural hair color is a dark brown/black, and I chose cherry black because it seemed closest to my natural tone with a subtle red undertone. This time, however, there was no sharing of samples and everything was done in the back room without any consultation. The end result was a flat, solid black that looks harsh and unnatural. Melanie repeatedly insisted there was red in it and that it would reflect under certain lighting, but I have yet to see any red tones appear. I recently had my appointment with Genevieve, and she was incredible! We had a great consultation, and the entire session kept getting better from there. She took my reference photos and really made those elements I loved from each come to life on my own hair. She is incredibly attentive and so talented! Plus, we had a great conversation throughout the appointment!! I’ve been coming to this salon off and on for the last 10(ish) years and I’ve never been disappointed, and I’m especially impressed with the salon as a whole. I’m so glad I’ve moved back to Ft. Worth so I can continue coming here!

Alexis at Lemongrass was amazing! She was so sweet and really listened to what I wanted. My hair turned out really nice and exactly how I hoped. I would definitely recommend her and will be back.

I've gone to Alexis A. for over a year now and I always leave so happy with what I leave with. She goes out of her way to make sure I am comfortable and happy before I leave. I'm happy to say I found the best stylist to take care of all my needs
