I wanted to provide some feedback regarding my recent appointment with Angela. Do not use Angela! I used Angela for a root touch up, subtle highlights, a deep condition, a hair cut and blowout. First of all, the haircut was uneven and did not meet my expectations for precision and style. It was choppy and the angle she cut was very thick and choppy. The angle was also very uneven. My bangs were very short and she did my haircut on dry hair! The angle she gave me was way too far back. Now I have short pieces in an angle that are shorter and too thick. Also I asked for a trim and she cut the back crooked! It was shorter on the left side and longer on the right. Very uneven! Additionally, the hair color application appeared very very brassy and unevenly distributed, resulting in 3 different

Needed a haircut badly! Went in at 10 am, came out with a nice layered cut and a blowout on my very thick hair from Paula! Would definitely go again!

The place is not the problem, it’s the beautiful girl that cut my hair. Stella was interested on her social media, talking to her coworker and complaining about how tough my hair was, at the end every morning when I have to fix my hair I remember her how she gave me a dodgy haircut, it’s still to high into the hairline on the right side and 3” long on the left. My sideburns one was 1” long and the other one she trimmed to 1/2” it was so obvious I came back for her to fix it, without even complaining or in a bad mood, I was very polite. After the weekend I came back an another lady tried to fixed but she couldn’t do anything, she just tried to make it look even but Stella left a very bad feeling, she used a hair trimmer and took her less than 6 minutes on my crew cut, she did so short afte

If I could I would give ZERO stars.DO NOT USE BRIANNA at the Medford location. I went in for a color,cut ,two foil Highlights,and blow dry.She did not even ask me what color I wanted,she went and mixed the color up,saying she figured I wanted the same color as my roots,I said ,no I wanted light brown,and two foil highlights on top.I had no idea she gave me "A TEN MINUTE COLOR"....before I knew it,I was out from under the heater with her asking me to go to the sink.She did the 2 foil highlights at the same time as "THE TEN MIN COLOR".As co-workers past by they said,"WOW,YOU WERE JUST UNDER THE HEATER,NOW YOUR ALREADY GETTING A CUT"??BRIANNA REPLIED BY SAYING "YES,I DID A TEN MINUTE COLOR"...I DID NOT ASK FOR A TEN MIN COLOR JOB,horrible, horrible job.So I'm thinking I would be charged less

Over priced charged me 319$ for a baylage just to blow dry my hair then try to curl my hair with the blow dryer just to use a curling iron just to apply another solution to my hair bc it was orange in other salons all these would be 100 to 200 dollar less
