Well for one they’re supposed to be open at 10 and it’s 1010 and nobody is still here. This is not professional. Somebody needs to get to work on time.

I'm disgusted that I paid $140 for this hair and it's HARD!!! This hair is not worth $140, especially being grade 10A. The person over the phone tried to downplay it, but this hair is HORRIBLE. THE fact that she didn't try to offer to exchange baffles me! Don't purchase hair from here, not worth the price on the bag
