Very sweet people, accommodating and gave good service but the work is bad. I had bio gel on that needed to be filed off and hard gel applied and they look horrible. Bulky, messy on the cuticle areas and uneven. As a professional I was hoping my nail tech would notice.. but apparently not a professional. Worst is, their site says $65 for hard gel, I was charges $83 bc cleaning is an add on apparently. Very disappointed and will never go back.
