This was me and my daughter’s first time at this establishment. It was clean and cute. The staff was very polite and patient I watched them clean the station after each person was finished getting their hair braided and we left satisfied

Been going to lela's for a decade ! They are the best at what they do I am a life long dedicated customer! I have since moved out of state but am in the process of coming just to get my hair braided! I hope Alice is still there she is the best and most God fearing woman I love this place and hope they stay put for many more years to come ! I'm their number one fan❤️💙

Be specific about what you want. Then sit back and enjoy the great customer service, Alice is an excellent example of professionalism and caring for the customer. I was a first-time walk-in yesterday, but I will be returning for sure. Thanks, to the ladies here who talk great care of me. Plus it smells like cocoa butter inside, the braids are not too tight and the volume/energy of the shop is peaceful and calm.

The best braiding salon. Especially for tender-headed people like me! The shop is run by lovely African Aunties that actually care if they're hurting you while doing your hair; unlike other places I wouldn't dare return to. They're also pretty quick too!
