Legends Barber Shop

Very disappointed with the service at legends barbershop in Toppenish Washington. I have been there before, and the barbers seem to do a good job. The woman named Irma claims to be the owner when I called to give her my review of the services rendered today. The last time I was there it was a young man that said he was the owner of the establishment so I don’t know who to believe so this makes it all questionable to begin with. Anyhow, Irma was extremely rude my daughter that she didn’t wash her hair. My daughter responded that yes she does wash her hair, but she does not wash it every day as other stylist in the past have told her not to do so because it dries out her scalp. Legends is such an enjoyable, relaxing, fresh, modern environment ♥️ I love that this business is not just for men but caters to the ladies wants & needs as well as young adults, teens and children; basically the entire family can come to this location and be well taken care of in one trip! How convenient is that? The ladies here are so friendly and always eager to ensure you leave happy with your style and that you are well educated in how to style it daily & how to care for it, etc. I always highly recommend the services the ladies offer and base my recommendation off personal experience. I enjoy the atmosphere, the staff, the environment and I would definitely give more than 5 stars if possible!!!

Idk if it was because of the end of the day or what. The lady who cut my hair was very rude the whole time. She started off by saying I don’t use conditioner and that my hair is very dry. She then said I don’t wash my hair everyday. I said I wash it every other day. She asked about how I wash my hair. I’ve never been spoken to that way at a salon ever. If there was ever something a stylist had to say they usually give recommendations instead of insults. Not mad that she called my hair dry; it was more of the way she said it. As if it was something horrible and something to be ashamed of.

My husband & our boys go there to get their cuts done. They always do AMAZING 10/10 recommend

I have to say I am disappointed in Legends Barbershop in Toppenish after today. It wasn't the snarky remark that one of the ladies made. Or the fact that they talk bad about customers after they leave. Or that they butchered all of my nephews I suggested to go there. It's that they butchered mine on the 3rd visit. Regardless of the fact that I was asked to double check with a small mirror before leaving. As a professional I trust and PAY for a service that is being offered and would assume they would try there best since it is a reflection on there company. But the results tell me it was intentional or simply from the lack of care for the customer.
