the bigger girl that’s a hairstylist in this salon stood me up for my birthday… this her instagram but be aware she’ll reply, play with you & waste your time cause her confidence low so she would rather see someone else hurt than to help them, i took her my wig in advance talk to her face to face, explained to her how i wanted my hair and everything, i get there & she says i didn’t book an appointment with her that day? like huh.. so i went to go see what was the hold up the dudes in the shop claim she had an “emergency” but they thought it was funny too .. like how was that not right? they made jokes clearly when i was stood up, she didn’t bleach my knots tone my wig nothing then the dude in the barber shop says “she say you can take your wig if you want” just unprofessional & rude for no

We have been going to this barbershop for 3 years and my son loves Courtney! All they barbers in this shop are reasonably priced and great with kids.

Really rude service. I came in with my son and the guys there were arguing on who would cut his hair. That doesn’t make a client feel good. And my son kept complaining his neck hurt and cried all night. Now I will have to take him to urgent care since I didn’t read the previous reviews.

While Chris, the owner, is great, there is room for improvement when it comes to the other barber's customer service. It would be beneficial if the barbers made an effort to properly greet new customers. On multiple occasions, I have walked into the shop and introduced myself, yet no one responded. This behavior negatively impacts the customer experience and should be addressed.

I brought my son to this location 3x… The first time was decent. We didnt really get the cut we wanted but it was a decent cut so we were good with that… The second time we went the hair cut seemed to be pretty close to what we were looking for while it was wet (my son was happy so I was happy)… well here is where my 1 star comes into play… MY SONS HAIR DRIED!… we were sitting at a restaurant and I look over and my sons hair was just everywhere 😔. I start to try to fix it and realize his hair was literally chopped ALL OVER! Like some of his hair was an inch in a half & the other parts of his hair was like 4in. HUGE DIFFERENCE.
