Crystal is amazing! She is so informative and helpful. Her massage therapy released tension I've been holding onto for years! Crystal is a professional who is well trained and intuitive. I came to Legacy Wellness with tennis elbow pain and Crystal was able to trace the origin of my pain to my neck. Since then she has worked on loosing up my tight hips and low back. She has a very unique approach and technique that is worth the investment. Serendipity, this is how I met Crystal. The timing could not have been any more aligned as I have been struggling with extreme plantar fasciitis, as well as many other physical issues from years of riding horses, mountain bikes, competing as a professional cyclist. I literally thought what am I going to do to get better, none of the traditional modalities were effective, and then I met Crystal. I had my first session on Wednesday and for the first time in several years I was able to feel my body returning to me. Two days later I feel amazing, and am now able to pinpoint the shoes, exercises, you name it that are not beneficial to me at this time. Walking into my first appointment was a breath of fresh, relieving air. Crystal is extremely experienced, and this experience goes far beyond just a massage as she integrates stretching techniques into the massage allowing a mind-muscle connection. I literally felt the pain and tightness dissipate. It was such a relief after having years of tightness and pain that stretching could not take care of!!! I highly suggest you at least try one session with her before leaning towards other options. Truly life changing!!
