Legacy African Hair Braiding

The first time I got my hair done the niece of la la did it and I loved it . I went back the next time it was a different lady who put her own spin on the way she did my hair and didn’t do it like the picture I showed her. Now that I didn’t like . I will not be going back . The owner worried about what to charge and my hair didn’t look like the picture . It’s ok as far as the braid but the pieces of hair in the from was to come out of 2 different brands not one braid. .i never had that to happen to me . That’s why i believe people shouldn’t be on the phone while doing your hair.. it gets 2 stars because it should have been done like the picture not how she wanted.

I can’t remember the young women’s name but she did a great job! She refused to take short cuts regarding my hair style and stayed true to my request! I will definitely be going back. The total cost was $200 and I provided my own hair. Took about 5 hrs.

The young lady that braided my hair had gentle hands. Normally braids for me are painful lol. Definitely will come back if I’m in this region of the country again.

I came into this shop , to have my hair braided I’ve been previous times before , i stated i wanted my hair like how i had it previously , i had a new girl do my hair .. she started off it was nice then once she was done my parts and my braids were medium when i asked for small ! This style was supposed to be for my birthday , she added boho all of my boho is gone i paid 220 for this style meanwhile everyone else paid 200 for smaller braids .. i texted lala regarding how i did not like my hair and how i will pay more , and i recorded her saying we did enough while hanging up !!! I was there for 8-9 to not like my hair !! I will not be returning it’s not fair how you have to pay for your style before it’s done and then it’s ugly !!! I will be taking them to court !!! Beware before you step

Don’t bother making an appointment , they will have you sitting there for hours before they touch your head. Prices do not match the style. Very nice ladies but i paid 200 for 6 braids & they were a mess!!!
