ZERO STARS, gave this place another chance years later.. what a huge mistake! I called the salon approximately 10 minutes before arriving, shortly after they opened at 9:30 AM, to confirm availability and pricing. During that phone call, I spoke directly with the same employee who later assisted me in person. I clearly explained that I already had medium-long coffin-shaped nails and only wanted a simple silver and black color, with no designs or additional services. She confirmed she understood exactly what I was describing and quoted a price of $50, advising me to come in. When I arrived, the price was changed to $65, with the explanation that my nails were considered too long. I went here because all of the girls in my family have always gotten their nails done here, keep in mind I’m a busy mom and it’s been years since I’ve been able to go get my nails done. I have two daughters, the oldest is 3, she wanted to come with me to get her nails painted… so I go in to get a full set and get her some polish on her fingers. They tell us to go wash our hands, tell us to pick out a color, my daughter is super excited… then the lady asks how old she is and proceeds to tell me she cannot do her nails because she’s too young and the gel would hurt her fingers. I said I was just going to do regular polish, not gel. She says they don’t have regular nail polish and I can buy stuff on AMAZON to do her nails . I said lady I know that, I do her n

I love the ladies at leaving nails. If you got difficult feet May is a great person to do your pedicure. All the technicians are professional and very good at their jobs and the place is very clean including the bathrooms

The worst experience I’ve ever had in 20+ years and I won’t be back (this was my 3rd time in this shop but first time with Lee). I picked one of their designs on a mannequin hand and Lee said it would be $71. The design Lee gave me didn’t resemble it by far. He kept telling me it would be similar but not the same. Watching him I would tell him it wasn’t right, It didn’t even come close. I had him take that foolishness off my nails and was charged $55 + $1. $56 for my fill-in. $15.00 over the price they advertise🙄. I picked the green nail design and the pink nail design is what he gave me.

Actually decided to check this place out after moving to a new town and wanting to get mine and my daughter's nails done. Their views that I read on someone else's Google review intrigued me I've never been more satisfied they are down Home Humble genuine people there wasn't the smell that you normally get in a typical nail salon they know what they're doing $55 for an amazing set of nails they've got my business not to mention they did amazing with my daughter
