Lee's Nail

I had the worst experience in this place. The owner is very rude and sarcastic, he did a horrible job in my nails and didn’t want to fix them. The place is extremely dirty, I will never go to this place again.

I thought I finally found a nail place that I can get a pedicure done but little did I knowI it had bad reviews. This nail place has horrible service customer service. They had we waiting for 45 minutes only to find out I was not next. When the owner told me that I would be next I said you just lost a good customer but that didn’t concern him. I Said thank you to Maria for doing my pedicure in the past, but I told her I can’t spend my money here in a place that has Bad customer service. I told her I would find another place and it was nice knowing her.

I will never go back here. The first time I went the experience was ok . The 2nd time I went to get a filling & just so happen to get the same guy from last time( idk his name) I asked him if he could round the corners this time & he said ok , but he ended up rounding the whole nail. I tell him that’s not what I meant & he says ok that he’s going to have to do the nail all over . I said ok that’s fine. So he then proceeds , to start aggressively ripping the nail off with nail clippers. It felt like my real nail was going to come off . So , I left! Will try to upload pictures below .

I went in for a mani/pedi. The first thing I notice is a BIG dog laying on the floor. A customer was allowed to bring her dog in the establishment?! To top it off, the woman is coughing constantly without covering her mouth. Then I was told by Bobby that someone would be back in 10 minutes to take me. While I waited Bobby made himself comfortable in a pedicure chair & smoked his vape. I waited a total of 20 minutes for someone who didn't show up & Bobby continued to sit & relax. Lee, I was very disappointed with your employees and their lack of professionalism that day!

I had a weird experience a few years ago but I’m sure it wasn’t intentional…I went back for eyelash extensions and they fell off due to the glue not working with my lashes(oily skin could be the reason) but since that is the only glue they use here, they were willing to accommodate me and instead offer the credit towards a pedicure!!! That was awesome and great for business. They pedicure was super relaxing and she was very sweet about it. I will definitely be coming back regularly 💖💖💖💖
