After years of being a loyal client,. Today is the last day. They aren’t cleaning my cuticles or my nail beds and it’s making my nails look awful even with a paint job!! It may be Cheap but they are just rushing people in and out and don’t have a care in the world

This use to be my go to salon but the service and quality of work done have gone down tremendously while the prices have gone up. The photos speak for itself. I paid $50 for no color and all of my nails are different shapes and sizes . It was a very rush job. Also the lady who did my nails this time was very rude and had an attitude because I asked for her to make them more even. Then she over charged. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND save yourself the hassle and got somewhere else.

Literally the worst experience I've ever had. When we sat down, they handed me the color samples and it had SESAME SEEDS and FOOD UNDER IT. My nail tech did not shape my toes, she did not put on a top coat - they up charge you every chance they get. Then, after all of that, they sit you in the back to dry. It's so dirty in there - dust and crumbs and leftover polish shavings in the cup holders, the chairs smelled like cigarettes. They did not clean the bowl between customers. This was literally the worst experience I've ever had. It's not worth it yall. The polish is off and it's not even an hour later. While I appreciate the service, and I do, I do not appreciate being bullied into leaving a tip, which she requested. I do not appreciate being taken advantage of and charged for a terribl

Paid for an upgraded pedicure and basic manicure. Both were horrible, the man who did my toes literally cut into the nail beds on my feet. My manicure was a too short nail trim with cuticle oil splattered on my hands, literally nothing else, not even filing. The man disappeared after I paid for my terrible service and asked for my change. No one could answer my question about my change so I left, (karma will answer for that one). Do not go here, the nail salon is dirty and dingy and the service is terrible. There are way too many quality salons to waste even a single penny at this place.

My pedicure was great and my daughter's nails were nice. The customer service by the lady that asked what we were getting was not good. She acted like I was asking too many questions and kept walking away. If I can't ask questions about services I am paying for, I will take my business somewhere else.
