I can’t say enough wonderful things about Paige. She is sooo incredibly talented with nail designs. All I have to do is show her a photo and she brings it to life. Always so polite and kind.

I’ve been to this nail salon 4 times since moving to Raleigh. Each time I was satisfied. Today however, was my first time having Paige as my nail tech. Paige just gained another faithful client. I went in for a pedicure & from start to finish she was so nice and gentle. You can tell that she genuinely enjoys her job & is a caring nail tech. She checked in with me to make sure I was okay during each step. She took her time & the massage was A1. I love my nails!!! Thank you so much ❤️

I strongly encourage anyone reading the reviews of this place, Spa Nails, not to go there. The people who work there are extremely rude. I was just there and politely explained that I only needed to fix one nail. I asked if they had the same color I currently have on my nails, Red Ferrari, and they told me they did not have it, saying that the place where I originally got my nails done uses different colors. However, I later found a very similar color there, also called Red Ferrari. Even though it was close enough, the person refused to paint my nail after I found it. Do not waste your time going to this place. They are very disrespectful, have no knowledge of customer service, and clearly do not know how to treat clients. As a walk-in I was seated rather quickly for my pedicure. I really like that they put the plastic cover in the bowl. I do not like when I mentioned I wanted my toes as short as possible it was an inconvenience for them to be cut that low. I know my body rather well. I was not asking for blood to be drawn I just do not want the pedicure to grow out that fast. I decided on the Impressive Pedicure. Overall good Pedicure the hot towels got cold real quick and was not a fan of that. The massage provided was at the prefect pressure. I would come again just maybe for a different service.

This place is absolutely amazing and I definitely recommend. We got seen fast for a good price. Paige was my nail tech and she was the sweetest person ever. She did an excellent job and I definitely will be back for her again. ❤️
