If I could give a zero, I would. Tech was working on three people at once. I was there for 4 hours for a soak off and new set, square shape with french tips. My cuticles and skin were cut and filed as well as the tech not knowing how to do french tips at all. Ended up just getting black nails that weren’t cured properly (as seen in photos) and thumb nail paint came off as well as white polish from the attempt at french on the back. So messy. Worst nail salon in the Menomonee Falls area. $20 back from a $65 dollar service. Are you kidding! Horrible service.
