Lee Nails Spa

I gave this one star cause I have to give it at least one, none isnt an option. I dont know why i come here. Partly because its a small town n dont have the time to go an hr or so to another town. They are horrible and rude. Attitude like Im getting this for free. $135 for my toes and nails to come out this bad. My toes n nails look unprofessional. The pro pics in this review is what i asked for. Full black big toe and middle finger matte with gloss tip. The other fingers and toes the pink matte with black gloss tips. It got to a point I just wanted out of there so i just accepted it and left, skipped him glossing my other 4 nails. Don’t come here.

I went in hoping for a shape-up and gel nails, but the experience was really disappointing. I was never asked what nail shape I wanted; they just took a file, quickly rounded my nails, and that was it. Then they just slapped the polish on with other clear coats and such. Im not sure how an experience is supposed to go but I was expecting a shape up, cuticles being pushed back and cut to prepare the nail, etc. I wasn’t told what I was really getting or my options to get before they got started. And unfortunately the results feel uneven and bumpy, and one nail is even longer than the others since they didn’t shape them. This was my first-ever nail salon experience, and unfortunately, it was terrible.

I had a very subpar experience at Lee’s Nails-Spa in Jasper. There was absolutely no cuticle or nail prep done. Excess product was left under the nails and on my fingers, indicating poor technique and lack of attention to detail. The entire service took less than 25 minutes for a full set on clean nails, which was clearly rushed. The nails are uneven, poorly shaped, with visible ridges and a rough texture. I specifically asked for dip powder, but was given acrylic instead. The technician only spoke to ask the shape I wanted. He didn’t engage otherwise throughout the service, he was watching something on his phone, which was placed inside an open drawer at his station. After I questioned the quality of the nails at checkout, he suddenly attempted insincere small talk. I was also not offered

Very disappointed. I told them i want my nails round they gave me square. My daughter had to get hers redone twice. Let me add she used a dremel that was turned on to move my fingers and it hit my knuckles. I've never experienced such bad service.

My toes look great and the shop has fair prices. The manicure was horrible. He rushed it and cut corners. My nails were in water for 30 seconds before he was trying to clip my cuticles. He didn't bother to clean his hands before rubbing lotion into my arms so I ended up with the nail sand all over my arms. Now, I need to go clean these up before anyone sees them. Overall, for someone just visiting Jasper, I'd rather drive to Beaumont.
