My hair was nearing two feet long and after learning I have a hair texture called “Irish curls” I wanted to come in and ask for help. My hair stylist - Jessica - was a DREAM. She told me how to change and get something new without anything too drastic, went over photos and made sure it was truly perfect before chopping. Also their RITUALS!! I was so freaking excited. A scalp massage and the option for a silent appointment? As a mom, for a long appointment that may be a sanity saver one day. I already made my husband an appointment and will be looking forward to my next appointment, and I haven’t had an experience like that in a hair appointment in a long time.

I visited this salon requesting an all-over golden, warm blonde color. My natural hair was brown, and I clearly communicated that I wanted a consistent, warm blonde tone throughout. From the beginning, the experience was disappointing. After I mentioned the price quote I had been given, my stylist, Kelly, became noticeably rude and dismissive. Even after I apologized and clarified that the pricing confusion was not my fault, her demeanor remained unprofessional, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for the rest of the appointment. She spent most of the session discussing her personal life and showed little interest or engagement when I tried to speak. So I’m just going to share my experience. From start to finish. Booking online it says a haircut is 45+ I understand that it does depend on length and stylist and everything. And then there was a 25$ charge for styling. Again I don’t have much hair so o was like ok 45+25 I can handle that. I have thin hair and asked for maybe 2 inches off..she then brings me to get shampooed. I didn’t ask for that but I went with it. They don’t know what’s in the products and I’m allergic to lavender. So it was like Russian roulette with the products which is scary. You do get two complimentary services. I chose scalp and hands.. which don’t last long but it was still nice to have so that is a bonus if you go here. She cut my hair the way I wanted and she blow dried and styled it. SAM IS AMAZING! I came here on a whim one day because I was years over due for my hair to be done! I was paired with Sam on a walk in! He is absolutely amazing through my hair journey! He’s informative, patient, sweet, kind, and does an AMAZING job on my hair. I knew from the start it was going to be a journey to get my hair the color I want it to be and I’m happy I’ve found him! He’s gained a forever client! As far as the salon, the girls at the front have always been sweet and it’s clean. If your need you hair done ASK FOR SAM!

Kristina is amazing! She really knows how to complement your color to your skin type and face shape. My hair looked dull before she worked her magic. Definitely book with her!
