I have been going to Lauren since October 2021 for anti-acne treatments. She has done a fabulous job. She recommended a skin routine that is easy to complete twice a day. She has kept me consistent and accountable and I am grateful for her and her knowledge!

We are from Texas and my teen daughter decided to order me a gift card for my birthday from our local spa which has the same name. She accidentally logged into this webpage and ordered me a gift card for $125. When she realized it was from New Jersey we contacted the owner and explained what had happened and kindly asked for a refund. She refused stating she had gone out of her way and spent $15 for shipping plus credit card fees. I told her that she could deduct the $15 off plus the credit card fee and she did not respond nor has refunded anything back. Now I have a gift card that I will never use.
