I went in for a full set of acrylics. I asked for a design and chrome . I also asked for almond shape . When I sat down the guy doing my nails did not talk to me which didn’t bother me much . But when he finished putting my color on I asked him if he was gonna be doing the design , which he ignored me . And then when he stated to put top coat on I again asked if he needed to see the picture to do the design which he said no so I assumed meant he was gonna be doing it . Nope he just proceeded to put my chrome and top coat on . And when he finished I looked at my nails and they were not almond shape and look lumpy and don’t fill my entire nail . I didn’t say any thing. But I really should have. The lady doing my pedicure was wonderful though . Very disappointed.

Worst place to go. Took the misses while out of town. First customer came in to get a repair on her nails. Staff immediately started belittling her before she even sat down. We asked for two pedicures and one acrylic nail removal due to and allergy. Normal while getting a pedicure you would at-least have the client soak their acrylic to make removal easier and less painful. While removing the nails and sayin hey stop your hurting my hand they kept repeating oh sorry and kept doing the same movements and process. Spent 150 dollar for pedicures and one removal. If you enjoy you hands and or feet please do not go here find another location that will treat you with the up most respect. I wish I could Give no stars and get my money back but here we are. Please please find a new location DO NOT

I usually never have an issue with this place…. But today, today was awful. My polish is regular. She tried to tell me it was gel. So not only did she take that grinder to my NATURAL nail, she insisted it was the only way to get my regular polish off. I know better. I asked for a manicure… paid for a manicure and had to pay for the “removal of the gel”…. And didn’t get any kind of manicure. No oil, no lotion, no cuticle care…. NOTHING!! And I even tipped good. I will never use this place again. It would be one thing if it was just my nails. My kid got acrylics and they were the worst looking thing anyone has ever seen… and the owner is the one who did them. 🤦🏼‍♀️ they were not even, extra thick, again no oils, no cuticle care… and didn’t even paint the whole nail. More about the money for

Just left this salon in tears. The gentleman that did my nails was kind, but did not follow any direction. For example, I asked him not to take any length off of my nails because I was in the process of growing them out and he filed them so much shorter. He also messed up on the nail polish on my thumb, and when I pointed it out, he didn’t fix it. I asked for acrylic to my big toes and I asked him to file it square. He ended up making them extremely round so when I asked him to add more acrylic to fix it, he just filed it down even more and completely ignored me. They charged me $65 to have my 6 year olds finger nails and toes painted. In total I paid $175 and I’m extremely disappointed.

HORRIBLE! Absolutely horrible. The girl working on my nails was rushing so much, she was so aggressive with the drill and cut my cuticles so much I was bleeding. They left nail polish all over my hand. The oil they put on your cuticles she out anywhere but my cuticles, IT WAS ON MY ARM!! My friend also got her nails done and she was so judgemental, judging her nails from last time and was just so rude. My nails are so sore and the shape is not what I asked for. For a full set I got done in 20 minutes. 20 MINUTES. That's how much she rushed. Cute nails, not worth the pain
