I had such a wonderful experience at this salon. The environment was calm and relaxing, and the staff were incredibly kind and professional. I went the day before my birthday as a little treat to myself, and they made me feel really special. I truly enjoyed my visit and will definitely be coming back!

I had my lashes done, the very next day the lashes were falling, I live so far away, finally on the 4th day half of them were off, I went back, the tech had all kinds of excuses then had the owner come talk to me because she claimed that she couldn’t speak English. The owner came in and said that the tech wanted me to pay to get my lashes done again and that if they come off again for me to go somewhere else now the only reason why I went there was because my tech imoved out of state. I’ve never had problems with my lashes, falling off the next day as a matter of fact, my lashes will last at least four weeks so I wasn’t aware that she wanted me to pay FULL PRICE AGAIN. Unfortunately, my experience at La Nails was extremely disappointing, and I feel the need to share my dissatisfaction. This is the only place where, on multiple occasions, I have encountered such poor customer service. This is the third time I've tried to book an appointment over the phone, and before I could even finish speaking, they rudely hung up on me, showing a complete lack of patience. Although there are two staff members who genuinely try to please customers, the rest of the team seems to lack basic respect and professionalism.
