Le Nails

My nails were done on Wednesday 10/20/21 not only was I charged $160 for uneven nails but my one nail chipped on 10/21/21 I called FIRST thing Friday morning 11:15am 10/22/21, I was told my nails were really long that’s why they chipped and in order for someone to fix my nails they would charge me! My acrylic is uneven, that’s why they chipped! The guy that did my nails put wholes in my real nails which left me no choice but to have them cut down. None of my nails are even! The lady who took my payment has a TERRIBLE attitude, she talked to me like I wasn’t knowledgeable about anything and couldn’t accommodate or fix something I didn’t intentionally do. $160 wasted. People have no compassion or good costumer service.

I went in for an appointment yesterday for a gel manicure. The man who did my nails was overtly annoyed when I asked for a nail to be corrected because it did not look like the rest. 24 hours later my nails are chipping and wearing on the tips. When I got home I also noticed a brush piece was sealed onto my left finger middle finger nail. Disappointed to say the least. I will be taking my money elsewhere next time

Tammy did a great job with my nails! She was fast and very skilled. I got a French manicure using the dipping powder and it was amazing how perfect my nails look! The place was not as clean as I prefer so I don't know if I'll go back. But it was easy to schedule an appointment and the cost was fair.

I’ve searched for a nail tech I trust for the last 10 years since moving back to Ohio. About a month ago I went to Le Nails and Johnny did my nails. It was everything I look for in a salon, good prices, full bar, nails turned out beautiful, and having your nails done by Johnny makes you feel like you are just conversing with a fun neighbor, he’s hilarious. I’ve now had my second set by him and I’m very pleased!!

I went to Le Nails with my mom on Saturday afternoon. I left loving my nails, but realized they chipped an hour after I left the nail salon. I’m sorry, that’s unacceptable for someone who just paid $50 for them to be done. By the time I noticed on Saturday they were closed. Closed again on Sunday. I call them Monday morning as soon as they opened to see if I could come in fast for them to fix it. I needed to leave for the airport so I didn’t have a lot of time. They told me “we can’t fit you in.” I asked them politely if they could refund my mom or give her a gift card since these nails were done so poorly. Their response was “we don’t do refunds.” My advice-do not get a French manicure done there unless you want to spend $50 for your nails to look good for an hour. This is not my normal n
