Le Nails And Spa

i’ve been here before with my mother and had always had a good experience. Until today i went back for the first time in a long time for an appointment for a fill for 5:30. I wasn’t take back until 6. No biggie. the lady was clearly rushing through my nails and was so fixated on clipping my cuticles she cut 4 of my fingers leaving me bleeding from the moment she did it until even now. She continued to drill over my now bleeding cuticles almost as if she was trying to scrape away the blood. She could clearly tell I was upset and apologized and I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but there’s no reason to be paying almost 50$ for a fill where my hands were getting butchered the whole time and just for them to be thick nubs.

Ana is amazing! She does exactly what I ask her to do and I am very particular 😅. She shapes my nails perfectly and is gentle and takes her time. She really tries to do a good job on my nails and succeeds every time! You can tell she actually cares 💕 and I love that. Thank you Ladies👏

The best pedicures I ever received Le is very professional her nails always last a long time for me and her prices are very good. Friendly customer service and just overall a great experience at Le nail salon. 10 of 10 ❤️

I would give them a zero if I could. Not worth it. The place was empty when we walked in at 1pm on a Friday. The staff there don't know how to do nails. I am so disgusted by who did my nails. First off she didn't understand me and her accent made it hard for me to understand her. Second my nails were not shaped right. Third she grinded my nail like twenty times and the polish was horrible. Don't go there unless you just want something simple. I was charged 47 dollars for job worth 20. Now I have to wait for my nails to grow out. I have tried several salons and they are all from bad to worse. What the hell is going on. I think everything went belly up after the pandemic. Quality has gone down the crapper.

I'll never come here again. I asked my nail tech not to clip the sides of my nails at an angle. She proceeded to do what I specifically asked her not to do. The owner said she would fix it, but she couldn't because the corners of my nails were already cut down to the finger. My manicure looks awful. My nails are a funny shape, the ends are crooked and jagged, my cuticles are absolutely shredded, and I have polish on my cuticles and fingertips. After the tech was done polishing, she tried her nail dryer, found that it didn't work, and instructed me to wait 30 minutes! I had to ask her to use the next, empty station's dryer so I didn't have to wait that long. Unprofessional.
