The salon is beautiful and clean. My stylist was very thorough & attentive in my service & it didn't feel rushed, which I greatly appreciated. I love how they even had a Valentines themed pedicure special, with a lovely rose themed presentation. I was recommended this place by my Godmother & they did not disappoint. I got the Milk & Honey pedicure with gel polish. Im so mad I didn't get a picture of the presentation b/c the tray for my service was beautiful. If I find myself in Durham again, I will happily give them my money for a great service.

I loved my Benito nails!!! I’ve been a client of Maggie for a couple of years and she’s amazing. I love her work and she’s my go to nail technician. When I asked her about getting nails done for the Bad Bunny concert she suggested Natalie so I made an appointment with her. Natalie is a phenomenal artist. She did a great job and I’m so excited to rock these nails in Puerto Rico.

I am so sad to be writing this review! I have come here many times and have had many different employees work on my hands & feet. This time I had a new person & she rushed so quickly through my manicure & pedicure. My cuticles weren’t even cut! I had to advocate for polish to be removed around each perimeter of each nail. My toes weren’t even cut not cut or filed evenly and I was trying to explain to the lady she repeatedly cut me off and wouldn’t listen to what my concern was. She ended up slicing my toe open! When I told her my toe was bleeding and in pain she gaslit me and said it wasn’t! The moment I moved my toe blood began to drip out! It was cut in place by the nail file because she was determined to file the back of my toe nail that was cut so basically filing my skin instead of re

I wasn't going to leave a review. But I'm tired of spending money for nasty attitude, being pushed towards certain services and a rush job. I haven't had my nails done professionally in years this is why. Plus when I asked her to do some cleaning it was turned like I was the one with the attitude. I'm not a nail tech but this set is average honestly.

This is clearly the kind of local joint where if you are here often enough the nail techs really get to know people's style and family life. I am not such a person but I overheard many customers conversations where there were detailed follow up questions about their lives between appointments, how husbands are, plans for the holidays and the next year, etc. For myself I appreciated that they worked us in after our breakfast next door. I am not a local and have to come to the area about every two months for medical appointments. This creates awkward windows of time where it can be tricky to find just the thing to keep us busy. This was perfect.
