“I had a disappointing experience with the owner here. When I came in for a haircut, instead of speaking to me directly, she asked her employer to communicate with me. I politely pointed out that I was right in front of her and that she could address me directly. Unfortunately, her response came across as rude. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place.” The owner is very rude very arrogant. Also, my wife Haircut was really bad.

I’m a regular at this hair salon since I’ve moved to the DMV region because I appreciate Catherine’s sense of style. I don’t believe I’m the only one who feels this way, as I consistently see familiar clients whenever I visit. She fully listens to my requests and makes considerations as needed. I love the results I get from a cut or a perm from this salon and don’t plan on going to any other. The place has accessible parking and the prices are very fair. It does get very busy every time I visit, but I believe it speaks to the stylists’ skills.

Let me tell you guys don’t ever come here as a woman for your haircut or a blow dry or hairstyle.! Very unprofessional Lady assaulted me because I didn’t agree with the blow dry hairstyle she gave me I was very disappointed( not pleased )and I told her three times about it while she was trying to fix it. She wouldn’t let go of my hair and even flung it and though down her straightener on the rack so Aggressively and angry after the last time that I told her please let go of my hair. The shampoo lady did a good job of cleaning the hair but it was soo uncomfortable She also rushed through washing my hair that water started to leak thru and the towel she had on my shoulders and she did not condition my hair at all so it made the hair even more un-manageable to style. They didn’t want to use

I love coming here! The staff is very nice and accommodating. They work together really well as a team, very professional and efficient. I always feel like I'm in good hands when I'm here. Usually I worry about miscommunication with the hairdresser and not getting the result I had in mind, but I've had no problem with that here which is why I'm sticking to this place for all my hair needs!
