Le Grande and company

Had a face wax by Peyton. She was very gentle and meticulous. Also had a haircut with Montana. She gave excellent suggestions and took a long time to make sure it was perfect. I’ll definitely be back.

I always look forward to my visit to Le Grande and Co. Not only do I walk out with amazing hair but feeling good as well, everyone is always so sweet. I always feel like I'm with friends when I am there. I Highly recommend Le Grande and Co.

Made an appointment with the salon for a haircut 5 days in advance. Got at least 2 emails and 2 text messages reminding about the appointment - confirmed it. Now less than 24 hours before the actual appointment I get a phone call informing me that the technician will be gone for the next couple of weeks and my appointment has to be rescheduled for a different date with a different person. No apology just “ you’ll have to be rescheduled for an another time with a different person”. How about sorry for the terrible inconvenience you caused me having to find a last minute option for a haircut. Can’t speak to the quality of work at the salon but their scheduling and the way they handle cancellations is absolutely appalling.
