Le Caprice Advanced Cosmetic Solutions

I am extremely disappointed with the experience my mom had at Le Caprice Advanced Cosmetic Solutions. What started off as receiving a free sample at the door, turned into being pressured into spending $400 on skincare products because they were, "50% off that day only to celebrate their 10 year anniversary." She decided she wanted to return the product which was unopened and well within the return/grace period, however, they refused. Their excuse was that because she accepted a "complimentary" treatment, she was no longer eligible for a refund- something they never explained at the time of purchase. It's clear this was just part of their aggressive sales tactics to try to sell her a $4,600 red light wrinkle device. It's incredibly unfair to trap customers like this with hidden policies.

Just like magic! I was AMAZED at how quickly the salesperson at this location was able to lower the $1000 in product I was shown down to $69. The price dropped a few hundred every time I said I wasn't interested and got up to leave. I felt even more special when the salesperson "disappeared" to talk to someone about further lowering the price when all they did was walk a few steps away, speak to no one, and come back with an "amazing special offer" just for me. How nice. Except, the product that was tested on me WITHOUT my permission (which I had to wash off in the bathroom because it irritated my skin) is a ploy to take advantage of people. If you have to lower the product you're selling by several hundred dollars to get people to buy it, you know that it never should have been that high

Disgusting behavior by your sales personnel. They give out samples, ok fine. Then wanted to give more. No thank you. Then this one individual whistled at us to get our attention. Seriously??! You whistle at a person? This is the caliber of your employees?

This place is fantabulous! They give you the VIP treatment. It is definitely spendy, but in my opinion worth it. They even helped us carry our bags out to the car! They had an amazing black Friday blow out sale. Normally they are even more spendy than today. Excellent customer service. You do get a lot of bang for your buck. You also can see the results the same day. For real you can see it.

Last week I went in for a microdermabrasion facial that I purchased online. I was pleasantly greeted by one of the girls who works at the beautifully decorated store. The facial was absolutely sublime and the lady who gave me the facial (Maria) was very knowledgable and friendly. The overall experience was very relaxing and I left with a glowing skin.
