I give it a 3 out of 5 because this is the place I ended up going to instead of the Red Persimon nail salon that did such a horrible job to begin with that my nails needed to be taken off & redone. This place was a major improvement. I would rate my nails 4 out of 5 stars. I didn't like that the guy named Lee, who did my nails, didn't do sufficient cuticle clean up. I got a short square French tip set & he did a pretty good job except my left pinky nail is a little slanted because he filed it on an angle I guess, but I didn't notice this until later. The way that he removed my nails was very quick but definitely damaging to the nail bed by clipping them on an angle & then taking a nail tip between the acrylic and the nail bed. Today I took my daughter out for manis and this was our first time at Le's Nails... I think I've found my "home." Upon entering, I was immediately greeted and assured as walk-ins, we would be seated very soon. Sure enough! Despite being very busy, we were seated each with a manicurist and they were fully open to our photos of what design we wanted. After my daughter's technician reviewed her design she came back over to me and respectfully addressed the cost ($90) as the design included add-ons. I truly valued the polite professionalism and of course I was already prepared for a similar estimate. The costs are openly available on the wall in large obvious font. Made an appointment for today at 2 pm for a mani pedi. Arrived and every chair was full plus about 6 people waiting. Guy told me to pick my color and I asked him how long. He said at least 45 mins. Why not call the people who have appointments ? This was going to be my first time there but I won’t be going back. Poor time management, poor communication. Glad I booked a sitter for this so I could get some peaceful mom time I actually can’t even enjoy bc now I’m left to scramble to find another apt or completely skip and find another day and time now. Just annoying.

Usually I love this place because they give great pedicures. However, I won’t be coming back due to the way my nails turned out. This is in no way a dig at the establishment as a whole because I’ve had great experiences in the past, but this time the nail tech blatantly gave me something that looked nothing like what I asked for. I even showed her before I got in her chair and she said it looked hard but she would try. I don’t think you should agree to do something that you know you can’t do. She kept trying to convince me that it was cute and gave me $10 off my service because my pinky was completely messed up and the shape looks like a cross between almond and coffin and she left a bunch of acrylic on the backs of my fingers. This was my second time having my nails done by KC/Kaycee. Both times I asked for gel mani/pedi. The first time, everything was perfect and I felt so happy with my nails for weeks! Yesterday when I left and I finally got to look and feel my nails, I am incredibly disappointed. They are bumpy and have little bubbles/bump all around. It’s the same on my toenails as well.
