LC NAILS & SPA PLYMOUTH, MICHIGAN

My first time coming I had no complaints. I had a shellac and an acrylic nail added to my right thumb because it had recently ripped off very low. Going in today I knew my thumb would look funky (which I was ok with) because I wanted the shellac and one acrylic nail removed, and then a regular polish French manicure after. Despite being very busy the day before Christmas Eve, I was sat down immediately as a walk in, which was great. However, a business shouldn’t take the customers if they don’t have time to do the job well. On my right pinky you can still see the remnants of my previous glittery gold shellac. My nails look totally uneven and textured from the shellac removal. My other nails (except my right thumb which I was prepared for) were long enough to file a proper shape. However c

I walked in on a Sunday afternoon and they saw me pretty quickly. Jennifer was great—I showed her a photo and she copied it exactly! The guy at the front desk is always helpful and very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect colors. Everybody that works at L C Nails is professional and extremely polite. I’ve been coming here for about a year and I’ve always had a great experience and professional customer service. Definitely worth a visit! I always have a great experience at LC Nails. They are extremely accommodating and kind. I always love getting my nails done and look forward to the relaxing atmosphere.

The salon was nice, welcoming and everyone in the salon was very friendly. We were welcomed right away by the receptionist and offered something to drink. Mia was my nail tech she did a beautiful job on my nails and made sure everything was to my liking. I would recommend this place to friends and plan to come back in the future.

I got a pedicure here, and the pedicure itself was fine. But the price that was on the window and the booklet they gave me to pick which one I want was not the same as what they charged me. They charged me about $15 more than the listed price. Also, when I was checking out, I asked if I was able to tip through the kiosk off of my card. The person checking me out said yes, I could. Then the transaction was completed and I asked why it didn’t give me a prompt to tip, and they said that wasnt an option. They then got visibly upset or frustrated with me, and saying that I needed to tip with cash. I had every intention of tipping but I feel it’s a bit un classy to ask multiple times to tip. I had to use the cash I had saved for something else to tip, because I felt I had no option not to.
