LAZ Parking - Arrive LEX

Used SPOTHERO. Traveled from Ontario to Chicago for a quick weekend getaway and was attending a Chicago Fire game Saturday evening. Instructions and photos were clear on how to get into the lot. We paid around $50, we parked from 1pm - 11:30PM. A little more than what we had expected but I wanted something far enough away from Soldier Stadium that I wouldn't get stuck in the traffic exodus after the game and close enough to walk to (18 mins and scenic route across bridge). Clean, felt safe and convenient. Close to metro and friendly concierge to get in and out of the LEX building which allows elevator access to the parking garage.

I paid for a reserve space that is also ADA accessible, and this service never answers the phone at night when people violate parking and reserve spaces so a tow truck could never come which makes the whole process useless in a waste of money and time. I may talk to a lawyer ,and see if I can sue this company based on that if service is not being provided.

Got a spot on spothero. There were plenty of free spaces. The spaces were kind of small but definitely usable for a smaller SUV.

This place is a scam. Price should be 14 based on the posted price, but charged 30 upon exit.

The last time one cleaned this garage was probably 20 years ago.
