LAZ Parking - 245 E. Ohio St.

I've parked here a few times and never had a issue until yesterday. I had a spot hero reservation and upon exit it wasn't going thru! The machine kept saying I needed to Insert a ticket first. I pressed to button for help and the lady was EXTREMELY RUDE! She was treating me like I was brainless and didn't know what to do. I explained the situation to her and she kept saying I was doing something wrong. I guess she got tired of dealing with the situation and she eventually just lifted the gate.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would give -100! I have used this parking garage multiple times. But after what happened tonight, it will be my last. All because of a very rude lady who didn't want to help me. I had a reservation through spot hero that started at 2pm and ended at 2am. I scanned my QR code at the gate and I had no problems. The problem happened when I tried to exit the garage. I scanned the QR code the exit and it said scan your ticket. I knew that was a wrong, so I press for assistance. I explain to the lady about how I have a reservation and it's not scanning right. She yells at me to go to the other exit. I do what she tells me and I get the same thing. Have to echo other reviews; booked via Spot Hero and the lot was full when we arrived. In fact there were even cars parked in places where there wasn't a spot. We circled until someone left and thankfully were able to park. This almost ruined our event, as the first lot we originally reserved was randomly manually closed via signs when we arrived, so we didn't have time to try a third spot. To add insult to injury, the Spot Hero barcode didn't work when scanning and the customer support person told us to just pull a ticket and scan the code when we leave, at which point it will work. It didn't, and we had to pay for the ticket to get out. Trying to get a refund from Spot Hero. Nonetheless I've never had an issue with Spot Hero in years of use; this is a lot problem imo. Booked a spot through SpotHero. No spots were available when I arrived. It took 10 minutes of trying to use my pass before the exit gate would open. I tried calling the facility's customer service number multiple times; after a recorded message about how important my call was to them, it hung up without a person answering. Another person seemed to be having more or less the same experience at the same time I was.
