Laylalocks was awesome. I was coming into town last minute to help my parents with a few things and I was coming from the Rocky mountains in Colorado and a small town. I usually travel a couple of hours to get my locks cleaned and tightened. I went down the list calling several places and nobody answered, but Layla picked up. She was so sweet and friendly, and was able to help me determine what kind of appointment I needed and how to book it. Her reviews are awesome and her level communication was awesome. When I got in the chair I could not believe how fast and painless she was able to tighten everything up. She even had walk-in hours so I was able to go back with the piece that needed to be reattached, the following day. I found her to be very affordable for her level of knowledge! Thank

The other reviewers on here wasn't lying when they said she is quick! That is very true! I was washed, retwisted and under the dryer within 45 minutes! Parts and retwist was on point! She was very welcoming and wonderful at her job! Also, my husband loved it! Highly recommend!
