My before and after. I told the lady I’m very picky with my eyebrows and showed her a reference photo. I asked for a clean up and a soft angled arch, but she removed too much from my left eyebrow. When I told her she removed too much from my left eyebrow, she told me she did it to make them even but they’re not even. I now have a gap in my left eyebrow and they’re too thin. I left the salon in tears, my eyebrows look awful.

kept calling me hairy, and when she'd get frustrated while threading, she'd make rude remarks to me. this got so bad i had to bring in someone with me to keep her in check. i accidentally dropped my wallet too, and she rudely told me to hurry up in an unprofessional manner. asked her to reshape my eyebrows to my liking, and she refused to do so saying it will look ugly. would not recommend her.. not patient whatsoever.
