I like the service here, Barbara and Saba are really professional and do their job nicely. Most importantly I like that they give best of service in short time. I spend less hours there but get my things done nicely

I have been getting my lashes done for a while. At first the service was good but there almost always a new person doing lashes Everytime I go and I must say I have not been impressed. I went in Saturday June 7th found a new person who has never done my lashes. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and the results were so disappointing. I woke up next day and some lashes had fallen off on one eye. I went in to get it fixed and was told I had to pay $15 to get them removed! How ridiculous you messed up what I paid for and now you want me to pay for you to fix them?! The lashes were so loose I told her I would remove them myself which I did and i did not even need water or anything to remove them. Then she did two other peoples eye brows who came after me. I’m beyond done and not returning

DO NOT let these people do your lashes. I am so upset that i trusted them to do my lashes and ended up with all my natural lashes being broke and I look lash-less honestly! Any certified lash tech would know better on how to properly apply false lashes, because I would not have this problem. I am so upset, i feel so insecure now because my natural lashes were pretty, i just wanted a fuller look. Now I have nothing. PLS PLS PLS. Just don't get ur lashes done by them. I can say they do a good job threading. That's about it. Updated: after I posted this review, they jumped to conclusions that I just tore off my lashes myself. No. I actually had them removed by them yesterday (09/22/22) , as well as an eyebrow thread. They clearly are not accredited. And definitely are trying to cover this up

The woman who was working today on Wednesday 9/20 around 11am-12pm did an absolutely amazing job on my full facial thread. My eyebrows look great and my face feels so smooth! She was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I definitely will be coming back here in the future 😊❤️ They have little reward cards too for each visit, you get a stamp. Resonable prices as well. Thanks again!!
