I had an amazing experience at Florence Hair Braiding! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The staff was professional, friendly, and really took their time to make sure my cornrows were neat and perfectly done. My braids came out super clean, tight (but not painful!), and very well detailed. You can tell they truly care about their work and take pride in what they do. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! If you’re looking for quality braiding, great customer service, and a style that lasts, I definitely recommend Florence Hair Braiding. My favorite shop for braids and sew ins. Florence and crew are always getting it done. Love the variety of styles and how quickly it gets done. Wash to book online. Prices are super reasonable, been coming here for a year and never disappointed!

So as a business owner I feel there is a level of professionalism. I called to see about getting my daughter's hair braided (she is 7) I read the comments and some said it's a good place for kids so I thought I would call. I called and inquired and then advised I would also like my daughter's hair taken down and washed. You could her in the ladies voice she didn't want to do the the job. She immediately was nonchalant and said I would call you back about availability. I know a call would never come. My thing is just say you don't do chirldren hair or you prefer for children's hair to be already washed and detangle I promise the communication goes very far. I would never use their service just by the tone of the voice of the individual i spoke to.

Horrible customer service. I booked an appointment on line but needed to change it. I called and the person who answered the phone was so unprofessional. It was like she was irritated and I was bothering her. I booked after reading the reviews online but I canceled precisely because of her unprofessional and irritated attitude. I would never pay a service to someone who treats people so poorly over the phone. I accidentally made duplicate appointments and called to cancel which I didnt have to do. I could have just not called and she even had the nerve to hang up on me. I dont know the quality of this salon but the first impression alone will make me stay far away.

I did not like my experience. Florence had a young inexperienced girl braid my hair. The parts were not cohesive ( Not bricklayerd) leaving my parts open and sticking slightly off my bead. They’re money hungry and unprofessional. The shop is not clean/ restroom has no light leading into a dark space. Would not recommend. I’ve since found an amazing braiding space not too far in Snellville. Called, Missy braiding. Everyone can brain, clean atmosphere and professional staff.
