Lavish Threading

I went for facial today and it was amazing! She was very knowledgeable about everything. The equipments she has is very top notch and she was very professional and courteous. The place is also nice and very neat. Finally found a place to go for facial in this area!! Worth it!!

Very disappointed with how my sister was treated today. She arrived at 5:30pm and waited about 10 minutes to be serviced. Another woman walked in and admitted she missed her 4:00pm appointment and didn’t call to reschedule, yet they chose to service her before my sister. No explanation or apology was given. It was unprofessional and unfair. It’s a shame because she goes to this salon on a monthly basis. We won’t be returning.

Bad customer service. I visited this salon today at 5:30pm and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. After arriving, I waited about 10 minutes to be serviced. During that time, another woman walked in and openly stated she had a 4:00pm appointment that she missed and did not call to reschedule. Despite that, the staff chose to take her ahead of me, even though I was already there waiting. It was frustrating to see someone who missed their appointment and failed to communicate be prioritized over a customer who showed up and was waiting. Professionalism and fairness in scheduling are important, and this experience fell short.

I had a wonderful experience here. The calming music and great atmosphere made it a relaxing place to be. Look how cute it is!

10/10 recommend!! prices are perfect, place is cute! & amu was professional and did a phenomenal job on my eyebrows! my brows have not looked this good in years & she also took her time.
