My nail tech, Angelica, is seriously the BEST! Ever since my friend recommended her to me early last year, I haven’t gone to anyone else. I used to drive all the way to Town just to find someone who could do amazing nail art, but now I’ve finally found that same level of talent on the West Side, closer to home. She’s incredibly detailed and always listens to what I want. My nails always come out perfect, I’ve never had any issues with quality or chipping, and her prices are fair. I won’t go to anyone else for manicures and pedicures!

This is already the 3rd time in a row that Imm not satisfied with my service here. I only come here for my pedicure. I no longer live in Kapolei but I still make the drive from Wahiawa because I gave it 2 more chances after I had a bad service once for the first time here. I made my last appointment last week and I requested that my service includes builder gel because I know only a fee of the girls know how to work with it. I was already pulling up in the parking lot when I get a call that no one that works with builder gel would be there. Do not come here! I have been coming here for 3 years, I moved to the windward side and still drive to kapolei for this specific salon. This past experience was HORRIBLE. My other half and I had appointments for pedicures on Saturday. The two young girls that checked us in told us we could wait on the side to be assisted. 20 minutes go by and we still weren't helped. We had to go up to the front to ask if we were still being helped. Then, my other half's technician didn't come out for another 15 minutes he was just sitting in the chair waiting. We were already upset about this experience but thought that maybe they were just having a bad day. Thanksgiving comes around and I notice bubbles on all of my toes. I used to really enjoy this location- services were completed to a higher standard than most quick walkin places but my most recent experience tells me this is no longer the case. Came in for a soak off and gel mani - the metal drill bit was used on my natural nails to the point of burning and now my nail bed is bumpy/uneven. For the gel mani, the color swatches I had to choose from were almost exclusively add ons (chrome/cat eye), I asked if I could see some other options like darker colors with a bit of sparkle and was told there were none to look at.
