People were nice but the lady who did my nails seems she rushed and they are not straight and I’m not satisfied and they charge for every little thing . I paid $80

Went here for the first time today to treat my mom for what was supposed to be a mother’s day manicure and pedicure. Google said the business accepts credit cards. I called to make the appointment and no mention was made of not accepting credit cards on certain days. When my mom and i arrived, we looked forward to enjoying the day together, picked out colors, and sat down first for pedicures. As the tech was removing the old polish from my toes, I happened to look up to see a sign that says “as of January 1,2023 cash only on Saturday and sunday. When i questioned this the tech confirmed and then pointed to the atm and said we have an atm. I unfortunately had not brought my debit card because i switched purses and didnt transfer the card over (only credit card which is what i anticipated on

This is my first visit at this place. Everything was good except there was communication problem. I was expecting to do my cuticle before they put the nail extension. I asked the nail technician she told me it will cost extra. I waited and then asked again before she applied the nail paint and she said she would do it later after the nails are painted, which she did. It was a little frustrating but the nails turned out nice. I didn’t know they only take cash on Saturday and Sunday geez. Website said they accept cards.

So due to my own fault. I picked a color that was way too light for me. After I left the salon I knew that I made a mistake. I went back today 9/19/2025 to get a polish change. My tech whom I have been going to for almost 2 years tells me 25.00… ok I said . I go to check out and my total was 55.00? What for a polish change for my nails and feet??? To say am very upset that i wasnt told 25.00 for each thing and i went back the next day… next time I will make sure its a color I like. Not a happy person right now
