Lavish Salon and Spa

Walking in I loved the look and feel of the salon and was impressed with the wide range of services offered. With that being said there are a number of things that I cannot give a positive review for. Upon walking in I wanted to get my nails done while everyone else in my group got their hair cut. I was told that someone would check if there was anyone available to do them to which no one ever got back to me about. Once I finally was sent back to get my nails done I was unaware at the start of the session that the woman doing my nails had only been doing them for about a year to which she didn't seem confident in. So first I go over to get my eyebrows waxed and when I walked in the look of the place was amazing but empty and only one worker. I ask her to clean them up and raise the arch. She didn't do too bad of a job. So I decide to call in and set an appointment for a haircut. Monday comes along it's pouring rain outside and I have a just arrived about 8 minutes late I tried calling to make sure my appointment was still available but she had hung up. So I'm standing in the rain with my two year old son just feet from the door when she calls back and says somethings come up can you come tomorrow. Seriously? There's no other stylist who can take me? I can't wait to the side for you to be done? She's still working on the person ahead of me. I feel like she should have called me 30 minutes before my

Lavish truly matches its name this salon is absolutely gorgeous y’all. Tonight my fiancé treated me to a deep tissue massage by the one and only Christie McDowell. She was hands down wonderful! I honestly I felt like I was floating after she was finished working her magic.I will definitely be returning and telling all my friends. 🖤✨

Lavish is a beautiful salon with wonderful employees that always make my experience enjoyable. My girl has always been Ray. She never fails in working miracles when it comes to hair, eyebrows, lashes, etc. I can't say enough great things about her. Come see her and the rest of the girls! They don't disappoint!

Jessica is awesome!! She gave me the best cut I think I have ever received. I know it’s the first time I haven’t felt like I needed to go home and restyle. The salon is beautiful! I highly recommend Jessica!!
