This is the only place my 7 year old daughter go when we need our nails done. Hannah and Ivan are the best and their staff is the friendliest. The retention on our dip is amazing literally 6 weeks photo in comments. If you ever need a new nail place this is the one! Some of the work they’ve done on our nails for your viewing pleasure!

10/10! I went in and got a manicure and a pedicure today and they did such a great job! I HIGHLY recommend Ms. Hannah! She was so polite and kind. She really did an amazing job on my nails. They were so busy, but they took the time to really make sure I got what I wanted! The gentleman that did my pedicure (I didn't get his name) was amazing! He did such a great job as well. I love Lavish and will continue to use them as my nail salon!

I wouldn’t even risk going here. I asked for white chrome nails and ended up getting holographic ones, which are uneven and bumpy. I’ve never been in pain while getting my nails done, but I was in so much pain and discomfort here. The guy filed the skin off of my knuckles, as you can see in the pictures, then proceeded to drench them in alcohol. Not a very pleasant experience. I was then charged $70 for nails I didn’t want and my hands tore up. While my friend who got the same thing was charged $50. I wouldn’t waste your time here.

I was blown away by the price tag. I went in and they gave me something similar to a menu and it didn’t have complete prices. I was expecting to pay close to 60 according to the sheet I was show but ended up paying 100. When I asked I was told it was 15.00 extra and 5.00 extra for the line and gel. I got the French tips, just for clarity. I also had my fingernails and toes done so I was expecting more than just the 35.00 stated on the prices. So I ended up having to pay 40.00 extra than what I expected. The tech that worked on my toes filed my nails so much it was painful, and I have had my toes done before at other places. I’ve been going to Lavish New Albany for almost 5 years now! I have never left there disappointed! They go above and beyond at making you feel welcome and like family! They always strive to do the very best for their clients! They are all hard working, and the way they work as a team is astonishing! Very professional and talented team! The absolute BEST in my opinion!
