Lavish nails

Honestly I’ve never posted a google review before but what I just experienced at lavish nails I had to. I went in for a mani pedi no polish or anything wild just simply wanted my nails cleaned up and a pedicure. I was there for about an hour and a half only 20 minutes of that time was actually spent getting a mani pedi the services were s rushed and fine so poorly not to mention I had my feet stuck in boiling hot water even after I said it was too hot no one fixed it but it was okay because in the amount of time I spent waiting the water had gotten cold. I’m not being dramatic when I tell how terrible this experience was . My cuticles look like I chewed them off, my feet are still bright red and hurt from being burned by the water… the fact of the matter is I look worse after leaving the

I made appointments for our group of 7 (three adults and 4 children) a week in advance, clearly stating what we needed from the beginning. My sister got a full set that was already starting to pop off on the same day. She went back to get them redone (which the salon barely wanted to do) and the second set was so thin you could see the glued on tip through the acrylic and one nail snapped off less than a week later, breaking her natural nail underneath. I also got a full set, which nails started falling off less than a week later. There were children in our group and after being told several times to use regular polish, they put gel polish on a toddler. They also did not listen regarding colors and designs. Despite picking out a green polish to use, my daughter ended up with blue nails.

It’s a little confusing because they are under a different name now. They are a little over priced and not exactly like the picture I showed them but overall the employees are very nice and my nails looked good for the wedding I was going to.

Very ugly nails! I asked for a coffin shaped and this is the paper thin shape I got plus the polish job was so horrible. I am very sad and disappointed. I can’t believe this is the type of service I paid $56 for . I highly don’t recommend

Absolutely love this place! This was my first time going and I was absolutely pleased!!! I will be back to have my toes done. I absolutely love my toes!! Ms. Kim did a fantastic job helping me design my toes!!! We will be back to see her!!!
