Lavish Nail Spa

I’ve lived in McKinney for a year and had never been to this salon before. I can honestly say I got the best set of nails today by Monnie. She was so sweet and took her time, quality was great, she educated me on different nails and types.

I went in on a Sunday afternoon, went in for acrylic on my big toes and regular polish on the rest and just short basic nails. First i was nipped by the drill when the man were doin my acrylic toe and when i jumped after being cut he DID NOT stop and even acknowledge it.. but fast forward my toes did not come out right at all and the polish chipped away days later and i paid almost $100 dollars for a VERY BAD SERVICE! so ofc i called back and explained what had happened and when i arrived i was told “regular polish only stays for 3 days” and at my regular nail salon regular polish stays for weeks! so fast forward i get my toes redone and my toes were not done correctly AGAIN ! toes had a red streak and polish was not fully covering my toe nails… i was so irritated i just walked out after

This was my first experience at a nail salon. The man who did mine was hard to understand, but he was patient and did a very good job. He also is freakishly good at hand massages... I was alarmed but impressed. It took about half an hour and I'm happy with how they turned out!

HORRIBLE!! The worst treatment I've ever had when doing my nails... the girl who made the design for me was very rude and seemed in a hurry while doing the work. She didn't even do what I asked!!!! It seems like a joke.. In the photos you can see the difference between what I asked for and what they did.... By the way, I had to pay 70 dlls for that mess!!!

I been going here for about a year and my grandma even longer! Everytime we go the service is outstanding If I had any issues with my nail after service Monnie has had no problem fixing it at no extra charge. I can show her what I want and I’m never disappointed in my service!
