Went to go get my mom’s pedicure manicure. They want to upsell with gel. No it’s ok. Then one person started my nails. Then left. So a guy took over. Didn’t get long nails. They are facing up. I said something. He said it was my nail bed that was facing up . 40 years of getting my nails done and I have never had a set of nails that look like a plane taking off. As I’m leaving, he charges for the nails and I didn’t even get him to gel polish them. I’m going home to soak them I off. He then proceeds to tell me that that’s he’s charging 10 extra for long nails. I specifically asked for nails medium. Not long. Look at these. Are they long? The nail lady that was doing my mom was sweet and wonderful and she did a good job That they were horrible, but I still paid for them.

New Owners!! Ms. Kim does a great job making sure you are taken care of. My mom and I come every two weeks, and the service is exceptional. The staff is warm and welcoming and does an amazing job as well. I got a manicure and pedicure, and it’s a 10/10.

Kevin and Kathi have been in many locations. I have followed them all around Gwinnett County. They really try to accommodate my request. They are a full service nail bar who take very good care of me upon each visit.

This is the only place I go to. Kathy and Kevin do a great job every time. I love my nails. The salon is always clean, everyone is nice and they are very helpful and kind.
