I don’t know how this place is for hair & nails & the owner seemed sweet.. but I can tell you DO NOT GET YOUR EYELASHES DONE HERE! The girl that did mine was not experienced at all. She didn’t use pads for under my eye, glue got into my eye bad and my eyes were hurting so bad the entire time I had them on that I had to go back and get them to take them off at which point I lost most of my eyelashes and the rest were really short. I had to go in 3 times to get them fixed.. the first time because they were hurting so bad because she didn’t do them right. The 2nd time because any slight touch to the eyelashes would mess them up (my son hit them on accident).. I thought that was normal at the time until I went somewhere professional. They do not know how to do hair if it’s tangled. The moment the lady touched my hair not even 2 seconds later she just knew she couldn’t do it. She then told me I needed to comb my own hair out. The point of going to a salon is to not have to do it yourself and to get it professionally done. (Thank god for a non employee who combed my hair out) They also used the same comb to do my hair and another customers hair without washing it. Plus, it took them forever. Once she told me to get out the seat because my hair was too tangled she proceeded to do my sisters hair than she let a customer who came in behind us go in front of me. Very unprofessional. Nobody speaks English they only talk Spanish and look at you stupid they convince u to Bleach your hair to charge more $$ no good they eating in front of you nobody knows how to make decisions i wouldn't go back would definitely recommend( down the block ( Chanel beauty salon) good job great price n they were fast the owner was great (Go There) they Respect they customers n very satisfying!!

I made an appointment for my sister for hair styling. She arrived 10 minutes prior to the appointment. She waited almost 2 hours to get her service. I never seen such a poor service in a hair salon before.

Need to work on their professionalism and the way they talk to people , I asked for a balayage and the lady who did my hair only did color correction and charged me $300. At some point in doing my hair she was acting very rude because I didnt speak much Spanish. if I’m paying for a service I should be treated with 100% respect whether I speak Spanish or not should not matter. won’t be coming here again
